From the back of the card: Crowberry (Empertrum nigrum) is low-growing with needle-like leaves. Found throughout Alaska, the blue-black Crowberry is juicy but seedy. Traditionally used for medicinal purposes in treating stomach problems, its berries are picked in the fall.
